1 st Day – Pickup from Bandaranaike International Airport to Negombo or Colombo.
On arrival in Sri Lanka you will be met and assisted by our Chaffeur. After relaxing you can drive through
the commercial and city center.
Overnight Stay: A Hotel in Negombo or Colombo.

2nd Day – Kandy.
En route Visit to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage
Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage - This orphanage was set up by the government to take care of baby
Elephants, lost or abandoned in the wild. Witness the feeding of the elephants. Thereafter observe them
as they take their daily bath in the river nearby, which affords marvellous photo opportunities. Bath
time is enjoyed by all elephants, young and old alike and it is a good time to closely observe their tightly
knit family structure.
En route you will visit a spice garden in Mawanella. You will check in at your hotel on arrival and once
you are rested, continue on to your tour of Kandy!
Kandy, the bustling hill country capital is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is famous for the Temple
of the Tooth, which houses the most sacred religious relic, the tooth of the Lord Buddha, the Kandy Lake
built in 1807, which is an attractive centrepiece to the town.
In the evening you will visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic. Thereafter enjoy the Kandyan Cultural
show at the Kandyan Arts & Cultural Centre. The show features the graceful and rhythmic dancers and
drummers culminating in an impressive fire walking display.
Other attractions in Kandy include Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, Tea Museum, Royal Palace Kandy and
many more.

3 rd Day – Knuckles Range.
Rise early morning and leave for Knuckles Forest Range with a packed breakfast. This mountain range
offers a wonderful place for Bird watching, Mountain biking, Hiking, Trekking, Wildlife Photography, and
Camping. It also holds great fascination for geologists and naturalists.
The Knuckles range derives its name from the similarity of its ridges to the knuckles of a clenched fist. It
is a cradle for plant and animal life and is an invaluable asset where biodiversity and watershed values
are concerned. After this exhilarating trek in the forest, return to Kandy.

4 th Day – Nuwara Eliya.
We will explore the panoramic beauty of the beautiful town of Nuwara Eliya, also known as “Little
England”. En route, you will come across attractive waterfalls amongst the hills. Your driver will stop at
one upon your request if you wish to take a dip. A visit to the hotel’s neighboring tea factory or a tea
factory on the way.

5 th Day – Yala National Park.
Yala National park is one of Sri Lanka’s premier eco tourist destinations and is renowned for its variety of
wildlife notably its many elephants. It is also home to the spotted deer, sambar, wild buffalo, sloth bear,
jackal, mongoose and crocodiles. The peacock is easily the most famous of the birds in this park. Yala
has a high concentration of leopards although seeing these nocturnal carnivores still requires some luck.
The Park also houses a number of species of butterflies such as Crimson Rose, Common Lime Butterfly,
Common Jezebel and many more...

6 th Day – Mirissa.
A small town on the south coast of Sri Lanka, located in the Matara District of the Southern Province. It
is approximately 150 kilometres (93 mi) south of Colombo and is situated at an elevation of 4 metres (13
ft) above sea level. Mirissa's beach and nightlife make it a popular tourist destination. It is also a fishing
port and one of the island's main whale and dolphin watching locations.

7 th Day – Galle.
The capital of the southern province is a city with a colourful history. Being a UNESCO declared World
Heritage Site; the magnificent Dutch Fort is the most popular attraction of the town. 300 year old Dutch
atmosphere is still very much alive around the Fort, undisturbed by the modern skyscrapers. The
southern coastal belt is the most popular among the tourists and comes to life mainly from October
through April when the monsoon moves northeast and the sea becomes calm with blue skies. The City
of Galle had been the earliest European administrative centre of Sri Lanka until the British shifted the
port to Colombo.

8 th Day – Drop to Bandaranaike International Airport.
